Our Solution:
‘Core IT met the needs of our school with a tailored hardware solution to replace our existing servers and network devices. The staff at Core IT were amazing during the upgrade and managed the many challenges our outdated hardware and software provided with quick response and ease. Since appointing Core IT in February 2013, our hardware, software and networking issues have disappeared, and our overall IT infrastructure is in a much greater place to support the needs of our staff and students. Core IT are always contactable and respond quickly to any questions or requests.’
Core IT improved the reliability and stability of the IT environment at Kwinana Christian School by installing HP server hardware with VMware ESXi hosting all their Windows Servers. This provided the results they required whilst maintaining within their IT budget.
The school’s network is monitored and secured by Dell SonicWALL UTM Appliance. This provides the school with enhanced security, something which was of significant importance to them when taking into account the private nature of a lot of their student data.
All the hardware is then electrically protected by an EATON Online Double Conversion UPS, further enhancing an already comprehensive security solution.
Core IT also provide level two and three IT support to their on-site level one IT technicians, ensuring that more complex IT issues are resolved in a effective and timely manner.
