Core IT has implemented a hosted solution that provides a Remote Desktop application and hosted exchange through a virtual environment. Putting safety and security first we have installed anti-virus and Webroot to protect their solution and data. Core IT provide Crane Corp with 24/7 support with a dedicated help desk that not only look after the hardware, software and solution but the users too. Each part of the solution is backed up and has redundancy at a number of different levels.
Since working with Core IT, Cranecorp have a much more reliable solution, a faster solution which has greater efficiency for everyone within the team. They now have greater efficiencies, a reduced risk of down time and data loss that gives the board and management team peace of mind which they require. They have recently completed a rebrand to Crancorp Australia with new sites opening across WA and NT Cranecorp Australia now has the right partnership in place with Core IT to assist in supporting them to implement their growth strategy and achieve their goals.
